It was yet another eventful season for our RI track & field athletes. Throughout the summer months, Ocean State Running will feature some of our most memorable performances during the outdoor campaign .We’re kicking things off with Barrington’s Bobby Wind.
Along with teammate Ethan Knight, Wind was one of our state’s best in the 110-meter hurdles. The Eagles’ talented junior was consistently in the mid 14-second range this season. He earned victories at the Classical Classic and the Sgt. Brian St. Germain Invitational and also took runner-up honors at the Eastern Division Championships, Class B Championships and the State Meet. At the Classical Classic, Wind produced the best time in the state with an all-time best of 14.22.
