The league meets are all complete, there are no more in-state or out-of-state competitions left on the slate and the competition is starting to get nasty, real nasty. In a good way, of course.
Yes folks, it’s Championship Time!
It all begins this weekend on Ponaganset’s covered-bridge trail, site of Saturday’s Class Championships – six races, six individual winners, six team champions. It’s that simple.
Per usual, Ocean State Running will be on site for complete coverage of meet, which also includes the junior varsity boys’ and girls’ state meets. Leading up to the biggest weekend of the fall campaign, OSR will preview all of the class meets. Who are the top teams? Who are some of the runners to keep and eye on each race? We’ll do our best to let you know.
