HOKA Male Athlete Of The Week: Salter Arms, Moses Brown

Throughout the year, Ocean State Running will recognize our top boys’ and girls’ athletes each and every week. Without further adieu, we’d like to congratulate Moses Brown’s Salter Arms, who we nominate as the HOKA Male Athlete of the Week.

With his back against the wall, Arms was not to be denied at this past weekend’s New England Championships. After fouling on his first two attempts, the top-seeded leaper made good on his fnext three attempts, which included his first regional crown with a triumphant 23 feet, 3 inches. Arm’ effort came two weeks after winning the state crown with an all-time best of 23-10.25.
