Outdoor Track & Field Season Has Arrived

Bring on the spring!

The outdoor track & field season is here with teams officially beginning practice this week. We expect the next three months will be similar to what we’ve experienced during cross country this past fall and the recent indoor campaign.

The league meets are slated to begin on Monday, April 1. The first statewide competition is on Saturday, April 6 with the 56th annual Knights of Columbus 4xMile Relays. Of note, the deadline to enter is April 3 ay 6 p.m. (REGISTER HERE)

Here’s some dates for a few other standards, both in-state and out-of-state: RITCA Injury Fund Relay Carnival (April 11 & 12), Penn Relays Carnival in Philadelphia (April 25-27), Classical Classic (April 27), RIIL Division Championships (May 4 & 5), Glenn B. Loucks Games in New York (May 9-11), Marina Invitational (May 11), St. Germain Invitational (May 11), RIIL Class Championships (May 20 & 21), RITCA Freshmen State Championships (May 20 & 22), Bishop Hendricken Invitational (May 25), Mount Pleasant Invitational (May 25), RITCA JV State Championships (May 28 & 29), and RIIL State Championships (June 1).
